i am not laughing
Corpses of dead dogs are becoming a common sight on Port Moresby’s roads and the stink is an unbearable breathing problem for motorists and pedestrians. Dogs that get run over by vehicles are left on the roads to rot until the corpses dried up, get broken to pieces and blown about by the wind...The Dog Pound is at present caring for 33 dogs, seven ducks, two pigs and seven cats.
